WORKOUT TIPS FOE FOE..


here some tips how to get rib of the big belly ur carrying..tis vid is fro those beginner..i also start my workout last time actually the same as the workout in tis vid..it is more effective when u get jog for around 5-10 min 1st before u start the workout..to put ur body heat up..to BURN THE FATS MORE EFFECTIVELY..and when u do ur workout..1st u must have ur own target for each workout u do ..such as..how many 'cross sits up' .how many time 'reverse crunch'..not all person have the same ability ..n..after u done wif this sits up...go for push ups..to shaping on the chest..for a beginner..u guys can start by doing the basic sits up..here is the steps..the no of sits up i do last time is 40..ol the time..then slowly getting more..so here is the tips of workout..the most important thing is put ur mind,sweat,heart n soul to wat ur doing,..ter is more tips coming on..so if any question..just ask..if u need coaching..i can teach but not coach..it's ol up to u for changes..
